Welcome to our Ukulele Group page
We are a friendly group of about fifteen people of mixed abilities and of various instruments including various percussion instruments, banjo, harmonica and penny whistle. Some have only just started to learn and others have been playing for several years.
We sing a mixture of songs from folk to pop and 1920s to 1980s.

We have been invited to play at Wallasey Central Library in the Singing Cafe on a regular basis and played our first gig last Wednesday. We will be playing every third Wednesday of the month, 10.30 till 12.00. Come along and join in the singing, we provide song books. Tea/coffee and biscuits are available to buy.

We have played a couple of times at the Cruise Ship Terminal in Liverpool long sessions from 12.20 until 3.00 with a couple of breaks. The passengers were passing through on their way to or from trips around the city. They seemed to love it and it brought a smile to their faces. We were videod by many and some were dancing and jigging along with the music.

We have played at our local hospital
We often play at care homes and libraries
